Shipping Times

Standard International Shipping: 5-15 business days

Switzerland Shipping: 3-5 business Days

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48-72 hours.

The return of the order can be done by handing in the
our specialist shop or by post.

Please frank the return as repair good when sending it back to us!

Please frank the return sufficiently and 
use our shipping packaging and
the original packaging and manufacturer's documentation.
We reserve the right to return goods sent in carriage forward,
to charge you for the costs incurred.

Please note that the return shipment will take a few days by post on the way
and also our goods return requires a certain processing time.
